Replacement Guarantee

Free product replacements are provided for:

·      Manufacturing defects

·      Shipping discrepancies (incorrect items delivered) 

We'll replace it at no extra cost. Just email us with a photo and order number.

 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, if:

·      The item is unused and in original condition

·      you must have purchased products from www.solhalo.net (email us order number)

·      Once approved, allow us 24-48 hours to process your refund.

·      All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, used product cannot be returned.

Refund Method

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once we initiate the refund, If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take a few days to reflect on your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.

Confirmation Email

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.

What should I do if I want to return my order?

Email contact@solhalo.net  with your order number. You may return your new, in original packaging, and unused item within 15 days of receipt. 

Please note that buyer pays for return shipping cost.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are promptly processed to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.
